We make every effort to fulfill our orders promptly. In stock items ship within 1-2 business days and personalized items within 10-15 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. We truly appreciate your business, and we're so grateful for the trust you've placed in us. So we protect your purchase shipping all orders using U.S.P.S. Priority Mail 1-Day + Insurance. This gives us a worry free experience. - Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout - We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $500 Shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once your order ships. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We will be happy to offer a quote based on your destination country and the shipping methods available. Please contact us via email for further details. RETURNS and EXCHANGES: You can return elegible item(s) fore STORE CREDIT within 15 days of purchase or delivery date either by bringing it to the store located at Ave. Ponce de Leon 1519, Suite 311, San Juan, Puerto Rico, 00908, or by mailing the return address listed below. To be elegible for return, your item(s) need to be UNOPENED, UNUSED and UNALTERED with original packaging and tags attached. To return your product by mail, please follow these steps: 1. Send us an email to shop@caba.store indicating order number, the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange. 2. Mail return item(s) to: CABA PO BOX 8101 Caguas, PR 00726 3. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. 4. You will receive an email once the return has been received and processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for store credit to be issued as a e-gift card. Please Note: - Shipping charges are non refundable. - Products marked as "sale" may not be returned or exchanged. - Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged. - Special orders may not be returned or exchanged. - Gift cards may not be returned or exchanged. - To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. - CABA is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once accepted by the mail carrier, we have no control or liability over delivery delays. - To arrange a gift return, please email shop@caba.store and we will assist you further. - Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to customer.
